- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

NB! Custom items cannot be returned.

- Seat fabric can be removed by untying the knots under each dowel.
- Pillow case is with zipper, can be removed and washed.
- Hand wash or machine wash separately with 30°C . Hot water may shrink the fabric.
- Hold your outdoor swing in a dry place when not in use. Do not leave outside for longer periods in rain or snow.

- Never leave your baby or toddler unwatched and alone inside the swing.
- Make sure you install hooks properly.
- Always use safety belts when using the swing.
